Attorney - S. Victoria Lannom
Victoria, originally from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, is a graduate of Mississippi College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. During her tenure there, Victoria worked as a writing tutor in the Writing Center where she assisted students with developing their writing and critical thinking skills, cultivating ideas, and building their writers’ confidence. This experience developed the research and writing skills that Victoria uses every day at Lannom Law.
Victoria graduated cum laude from Lincoln Memorial University College of Law, where she was Co-President of the Moot Court Team, Executive Articles and Notes Editor of the Law Review Board and a Member of the Mock Trial Team. While attending law school, Victoria focused her studies on courses that would allow effective and exceptional representation of clients needing assistance with estate planning, healthcare, and other areas affecting prospective client's end-of-life care.
Victoria focuses her legal practice around issues facing a prospective client’s estate plan, end-of-life care, conservatorships, and asset protection. Victoria has a passion for helping Tennesseans establish their Legacy by helping clients create a unique and one of a kind estate plan that manages the client's wealth and provides for the client and their loved ones throughout their lifetime and beyond. Victoria also enjoys teaching other professionals about pressing needs facing senior citizens across the State of Tennessee. Victoria is admitted to practice in all State courts in Tennessee, and the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Tennessee. Victoria is also a 2019 Accredited Attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Victoria lives in Cookeville, Tennessee, with her husband and law partner, Tyler. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and her two shih tzu’s and Lannom Law’s very own “Juris Dog-tor’s,” Tux and Tinsley.
