Tyler is a fourth generation Tennessean born and raised in Dickson, Tennessee. Tyler graduated from the University of Tennessee with his Bachelor of Arts in English. Victoria, originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, graduated from Mississippi College with her Bachelor of Arts in English. Victoria relocated to Tennessee for law school, where she met and fell in love with Tyler. Tyler and Victoria both graduated and received their law degree from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law. After law school, Tyler and Victoria got married and put down roots in Cookeville, Tennessee, where they would be closer to family.
Tyler and Victoria focus their legal practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Business Development. They believe that family and friends are the most important aspects of life, and they strive to help families protect what is most precious by ensuring that generational wealth is passed on to preserve family legacies.
Tyler and Victoria attended Western New England University School of Law’s Estate Planning and Elder Law (LL.M.) program to increase their knowledge and hone their skills as Estate Planning Attorneys.
Throughout this program, Tyler and Victoria were able to learn from nationally renowned experts in the areas of Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, Taxation of Trusts and Estates, and Estate Tax Planning. Tyler and Victoria are the only attorneys in the Upper Cumberland who hold the prestigious Master of Law degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law.
Tyler is a Captain in the Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps based out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where he assists service members with a variety of legal needs. The Army Values have guided Tyler throughout his career in the Army Reserve, and those same values are honored at Lannom Law, where a client-centered approach and customer service are considered paramount. Victoria is a 2019 Accredited Attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). As an Army family, Tyler and Victoria are always willing to do what it takes to serve the sons and daughters of the United States who have chosen to wear the uniform in service to the nation.

Tyler and Victoria have one son, Garland Wade. They enjoy spending their free time with their African Gray parrot, Raz, and their two shih tzu’s and Lannom Law’s very own “Juris Dog-tor’s,” Tux and Tinsley.
